Show reels let you to join multiple files to make a single program in Cablecast. The same file can be called up and added to multiple show records.
Do you use the same intro segment for all episodes in a series? Do you want to add a particular sponsor message or PSA to the front of a show every time it airs? The Show Reels feature allows you to add intros, outros, sponsor messages and more, directly in Cablecast. Since everything is housed in a single show record, the combined reels are scheduled all at once and are included in the video on demand version of the show. This simplifies your scheduling, keeps sponsors happy, and makes it easy to switch out sponsor messages and intros quickly.
