The San Jose CivicCenterTV bulletin board layout was designed by the city’s communication staff and the Cablecast creative services team. It maintains a steady view of the time and weather, as well as the city’s logo. A large zone on the left of the screen alternates between the CivicCenterTV schedule and the city’s official Twitter feed, while a large zone of the right provides content about city events and departments. PSAs get full-screen playback via Cablecast.
According to Craig Jutson, broadcast engineering and operations manager for CivicCenter Television, the bulletin board runs on the San Jose government access channel when government meetings are not being shown.
