Eligiblity requirements: Any Cablecast customer with hardware purchased after January 1, 2014 that are running either Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

All upgrades need to be performed alongside Cablecast Support. Need to schedule an upgrade with a support rep? When we mailed your upgrade package, your email should have contained a link to a scheduling tool. Please use that link to schedule service.
All OS Upgrade requests need to be submitted into our ticketing system by 5:00 PM CST on July 17th, 2020. We will not be able to provide OS Upgrades to customers after this date.
Please only purchase this OS upgrade if prompted by a member of staff. Please note to change the quantity to the number of servers needing the Windows 10 upgrade.
