There are different levels of coverage on your system. Technical support will always be free for the life of your hardware. We never charge per case or per hour on technical support.
* Hourly hardware RMA for systems not under factory / extended hardware coverage warranty. Parts & Labor cost for hourly RMA servicing.
† Hardware coverage on a system can have 5 years of total coverage before it is considered EOL (5 years being a mixture of factory warranty and extended warranties). Hourly RMA service available on a case-by-case basis after 5 year EOL period.
