Instead, Co-Pilot is like taking regular, private lessons in Cablecast.
Cablecast Co-Pilot is designed to help you become a rockstar Cablecast user who can fearlessly face any programming situation that may arise. This is an optional service in addition to our standard free support during business hours. Here's how it works:
Co-Pilot plans comes with five hours of scheduled time with your co-pilot per month.
We've got plans to suit your needs. Purchase annual subscriptions up front or take it month by month. We're flexible.
The longer you work with your co-pilot, the better they know your system and unique programming needs. We learn more about how to help you. You learn more about how to help yourself. It's a win-win.
Your Co-pilot can suggest the best plan of action when making changes to things like auto-scheduling rules, changes to your web video portal, bulletin board and more. Big or small, your Co-pilot will be there each step of the way to ensure smooth implementation.
