We all do better when we all do better.
Our solutions make building community through digital media easier in your own neighborhood. Not every town faces the same challenges, but more often than not, community media center operators do. That’s why we want to make sure our user community is aware of our Cablecast Community Forum.
At any time, you can connect with other users across the country to discuss challenges, successes, adjacent solutions, make feature requests and discuss other topics that can advance the Cablecast user community as a whole.
Connecting is easy. Here’s how:
If you’ve submitted a ticket to our support team online in the last two years…
You already have an account, but you will need to create a password. Just visit the support center, click sign in, then click ‘get a password’ in the bottom left corner of the sign in window. Enter your email (the one you regularly use to communicate with support), then follow the prompts to verify your email account and create a password.
If you haven’t interacted with our support team via web ticket submission in the past two years…
You’ll need to create an account. Visit the support center, click sign in, then click ‘sign up’ in the bottom left corner of the sign in window. Follow the prompts to create your account.
And don’t miss our regular live opportunities to connect with other Cablecast users in our Cablecast Technical Training series. View past chaptered on demand webinars here and subscribe here for notifications about upcoming webinars.
