Fall River Educational Television, also known as FRED-TV, is the city’s educational access channel based at B.M.C. Durfee High School. For now, FRED-TV is keeping its Cablecast CG bulletin board simple with a multi-zone template populated with weather information and program schedule, with the largest zone dedicated to PSAs and local school information. Fall River Government Television, FRG-TV, has a similar layout with different backgrounds, and the weather zone rotates with the time. The bulletin boards are displayed between programs, but both are available 24 hours a day on their respective websites.

Alex Mello, technology manager for both channels, said the station uploaded its own backgrounds and graphics, and will likely reconfigure both bulletin boards over the summer. Students have not yet been access to the new system, but Mello expects students will be creating and posting bulletins during the next school year.
